365 Day Money Back Guarantee

The terms: Use BOLUMBI for up to 365 days. If you do not see thicker strands, less shedding, or more coverage, you get a full refund.

How it works

  1. Purchase BOLUMBI through our website.
  2. Use the product as directed. Once daily, roll on application to your scalp.
  3. If at any point within 365 days of purchase you are unsatisfied with your results, email hello@bolumbi.com with your order number.
  4. We process your refund within 48 hours. No return shipment required on used bottles.

What we do not do

  • We do not charge restocking fees.
  • We do not require you to send back empty bottles.
  • We do not make you call a phone tree or sit on hold.
  • We do not ask you to "try it for another month."

Why we do this. If the product works, the money back guarantee costs us nothing. If it does not, you should not pay for it.

Shipping Information

Order Processing

Orders ship from our US facility. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and a shipping notification with tracking when it leaves our facility.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard: Free on every order. Arrives in 5 to 7 business days.
  • Expedited: $9.95. Arrives in 2 to 3 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to the United States only. International shipping will be available soon. Enter your email on the product page to be notified when we expand.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Returns and Refunds

365 Day Money Back Guarantee Returns

If you are using BOLUMBI and not seeing results, you are covered by our 365 Day Money Back Guarantee (see above). Email us and we will handle it.

Unopened Product Returns

Received your order and changed your mind? Return any unopened, sealed product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Ship it back to the address provided in your return confirmation email. We will refund your purchase price within 5 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us at hello@bolumbi.com with a photo. We will ship a replacement immediately at no cost to you.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel? Email us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will stop the shipment before it leaves our facility. After that, you are still covered by the 365 day money back guarantee.
